 Tom Hermann, M.S, CPT – Head Content Creator

 

Tom Hermann is a college-level nutrition lecturer, 10x academically published author, and practitioner with a background in both research and applied performance. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Performance and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.

 

His work integrates research and practice. He has authored or co-authored peer-reviewed publications examining topics such as muscle hypertrophy, resistance training variables, and performance adaptations. He has also worked within one of the leading human performance laboratories in the world, contributing to research focused on translating scientific findings into practical application.

 

This platform is built on that foundation—providing clear, evidence-based insights on training, nutrition, and emerging topics in the fitness space, with an emphasis on nuance, context, and real-world relevance.
